Chorus ( CHORUS )
Chorus is an interactive installation that treats sound and light as a single material. As you play it with organ-like gestures, several instruments join in ensemble, weaving a harmony of light.

Light × Sound
Panels of continuously arrayed vertical pipes pair up two by two to form four "doors" in total. As each door opens and closes, it modulates the light leaking from within and the volume of its mapped sound track.

Frequency as Form
When you make playing gestures over a structure that stands in for an organ keyboard, light sensors embedded in it detect the shifts in brightness. The visitor becomes a performer, conducting light and sound at once through the movement of their hands.
